CrossFit Group Classes
The heart of CrossFit - a one-hour class starting with a warm-up, joint mobility/flexibility work, specific movement or skill coaching, and then the high-intensity WoD (Workout of the Day). Led by one of our well-qualified coaches, where you just have to show up, check your ego at the door, work hard, and follow directions, to get you on the quick-track path to improved fitness.
To get started with CrossFit, we usually recommend a set number of Personal Training sessions. This insures the best success, and safety, with integrating into the high-intensity Group classes. Under certain circumstances, a Foundations course will be recommended instead. Experienced CrossFitters with 3 months of recent experience can complete a TEST-OUT prior to beginning Group Classes. We want to insure individualized attention for you, your health, and your fitness, which is why we like to schedule the No Sweat Intro as the 1st step.
