CrossFit FOUNDATIONS

This is required for the new CrossFitter before joining the regular group classes.  Foundations usually consists of 5 - 6 sessions over 2 weeks, with each session building upon the previous session.  This will familiarize you with the common movements performed in CrossFit.  We will work on your Form and Technique during these movements, adding some Consistency, and gradually ramp up the Intensity to find what's best for you.
