What are your goals? Have you made any recently? You know it doesn't have to be New Years to make a goal. Maybe you don't even know what they are yet, and that's ok. maybe your goal is just to get off the couch and get started. Maybe it's to get up early three times a week to workout.
What about your diet? Not the kind where you starve yourself for a season, but something that is lasting. A way to eat for the rest of your life, that not only will show on your body, but will give you energy and make you feel better.
Maybe you just want to get in shape for your rec league soccer or volleyball game. Maybe you want to be able to run that marathon, keep up with your kids or avoid the nursing home.
