This Friday, September 20th, Bree will make her debut at out gym. Bree has a ton of experience in the fitness industry and her energy is sure to provide you with an awesome workout. Invite your friends and let’s welcome Bree to the team. Class starts at 8:45am on Friday mornings!

Bree’s Bio

I’ve been teaching group fitness for 15+ years (Bootcamp, TRX, HIIT, WERQ dance, and spinning), I have been a personal trainer for 12 years (NASM CPT), I'm also a 200 RYT and certified Pilates reformer and mat instructor.

In addition, I am a master level Precision Nutrition coach and spend much of my time helping private clients and online groups reach their healthiest selves through nutrition and better relationships with food.

I truly believe that food (and appropriate exercise!) is medicine, and I’m passionate about teaching people how to create a sustainable lifestyle that is fun and flexible!
