Group classes push you in ways that working out by yourself can never replicate. Working out in a group setting will give you motivation from others, structure so you don’t have to plan ahead, variety in your workouts, accountability to yourself, and assistance in ensuring proper form to get maximum benefit and prevent injuries.

 
 

CrossFit Group Sessions

Cost: $20/Single Session & $150/10 Session Pass

One-hour class starting with a warm-up, joint mobility/flexibility work, specific movement or skill coaching, and then the high-intensity WoD (Workout of the Day).  Led by one of our well-qualified coaches, where you just have to show up, check your ego at the door, work hard, and follow directions, to get you on the quick-track path to improved fitness.

Yoga Sculpt

Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. This class will combine free weights, resistance bands and gliders with power yoga sequencing and cardio. This is not your typical yoga class.

Lets challenge your strength and heart in this 45-minute whole body workout.  We will combine cardio, strength, and body weight exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, rowers weighted balls etc. Mixing it up it up and muscle confusion is what you will experience. All levels welcome.

Be prepared for in this 45-minute workout Rowing, a non-impact, upper/lower body and core exercise that will challenge you aerobically; will be followed by intervals of resistance/strength training. This full body workout will torch calories, builds strength and challenge you. All levels welcome.

CrossFit Boot Camp

These classes will focus on the basics of CrossFit, and is the ideal jumping off point for those new to the sport. The teaching will focus on proper technique and range of motion, with a smaller, more personal, class. And of course you’ll experience a challenging, yet straightforward CrossFit workout.
