We are excited to have Alicia Pelter joining us to add some additional classes to our gym menu. Alicia has years of experience training people from all walks of life and experience levels. Take a look at the group classes below to find one that’s right for you.

Small Group Training

This will be the best hour of your day! Get your day started off on the right foot. Join a group of like-minded people looking for a workout that will challenge and energize them throughout the day.

Yoga Sculpt

Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. This class will combine free weights, resistance bands and gliders with power yoga sequencing and cardio. This is not your typical yoga class

Cardio Strength Circuit

Lets challenge your strength and heart in this 50-minute whole body workout.  We will combine cardio, strength, and body weight exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, rowers weighted balls etc. Mixing it up it up and muscle confusion is what you will experience.   All levels welcome.

Rip Row Core

RIP and ROW: Be prepared for in this 45-minute workout Rowing, a non-impact, upper/lower body and core exercise that will challenge you aerobically; will be followed by intervals of resistance/strength training. This full body workout will torch calories, builds strength and challenge you. All levels welcome.
