  • 8 – 8:45 a.m. Yoga Sculpt (Group Ex)

  • 9 – 9:50 a.m. Cardio Strength Circuit (Group Ex)

  • 10:15 – 11:00 a.m. Small Group Personal Training (limit 15 pp)
